PROFILE OF MARY RUTH PRICE-TRAMMEL-MAYKO
After leaving Springfield Missouri, I lived in Sherman-Dennison Texas area for several years while my first husband LeRoy Trammel
was in the Air Force. We had three children, two girls and a boy. Donna Faye, Linda Kaye, and Leslie LeRoy. After LeRoy got out
of the Air Force we spent a few years in Springfield Mo before moving to the East Coast area. (Bristol PA- near Phila. PA)
LeRoy and I divorced in 1976. Our children are all married, Donna and Bob live in Wisconsin and have two daughters, Crissy and
her two children Sabrina and Bobby. ( I am a Great GramMom!) Donna’s daughter Elizabeth teaches English in various Foreign
lands to students. (Japan and Europe) Linda lives in Mt. Vernon Mo area with her husband Dennis. Linda’s son Ira and wife Colleen
live in Levittown PA and have one son Jackson. Les and KayAnn live in Warminster PA. They have one daughter Sherry and she
and John have one son Alex.
I remarried in 1977 to Florian (Rocky) Mayko. He has four living children with spouses and children and Great grandchildern, so
between us we have quite a large Clan! Rocky is the Audio-Visual Director in our church. We are both on the Phila. Biblical
University Advisory Board located in Langhorne PA.
Over the years I have taken several Management and Leadership Courses and was in the work force in those positions for many
years. I was injured in 1975 and had to leave my job. I spent a lot of time in rehab therapy and had many prayers in my behalf!
Thank God He still answers prayer! I am doing well now and very active in my church and ministry engagements. I went to Bible
School and earned my Diploma. I have taken several Courses over the past few years, including Biblical Counseling, taking the
latest refresher Course in 2003. I guess true retirement is not really my nature!
I enjoy painting as a past time and have many pictures in water color and some in oils. I usually give them away as gifts. I have
been writing poems and inspirational writings for over 25 years. Some have been featured in various Christian literature
publications. Many of my poems and writings have been used by other ministries. Writing was always of special interest to me from
the second grade of school! I am presently in the process of writing an Inspirational Devotional which I hope to have published in
the future. I am thankful for the opportunities I have been blessed with. For a sample of some of my writings, visit my website at:
